Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may return products within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, personalized, engraved jewelry, and clearance sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact RM Jewellery customer service with your order details and reason for return. Returns must be shipped back promptly and with proper packaging to avoid damage.
Refunds
Once the returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted based on availability and subject to the same conditions as returns. For exchanges, contact customer service for assistance.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective jewelry, please report it within 48 hours of delivery for immediate assistance and replacement.
