Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver products within promised timelines. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances do not entitle customers to compensation. Shipping policies and charges are subject to change.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Custom orders and engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Warranty & Repairs

Jewelry purchased is covered under a limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Regular wear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs void warranty coverage.
